Behind the Build / Operations

Every day in the build has a business consequence.

A schedule helps the team coordinate work. Its movement also changes the timing of costs, cash, and customer promises.

Find the constraint

A home waiting on a selection needs a different response from one waiting on an inspection or a trade. Record the reason for a delay before deciding how to resolve it. A date alone does not explain the problem.

Connect the consequence

When a milestone moves, ask what else moves with it: the next trade, a draw, a buyer appointment, a closing, or the period of carrying costs. These effects may sit across departments even though they began with one event.

Assign the next move

An effective review identifies the home, constraint, responsible person, and next action. Check whether the action removed the constraint. Patterns across homes can reveal planning or coordination issues worth fixing before they repeat.

Bring these questions to your next review.

  • Which homes are waiting, and why?
  • What changes for the next trade, buyer, or closing?
  • Who can remove the constraint?

Your privacy choices

May we measure visits, estimate your country, state/region and city, and use advertising cookies? Accept enables optional tracking and Google, Meta, and LinkedIn tags. Decline keeps it off.

What we collect

With your permission, we save page views, navigation and button clicks, scroll depth, successful request counts, and page-load and responsiveness measurements for future reports. These activity records never include form contents, names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses.

We also save a network-based country, state/region and city estimate provided by our hosting service. We never request GPS access or store coordinates, street addresses, or postal codes. Estimates may be inaccurate, especially with a VPN, and unavailable locations stay unknown.

New location records expire after 720 days and are excluded from current reports then. Records collected under an earlier 90-day choice keep that shorter expiration. Expired records are cleared as the site receives requests; no location history is backfilled from visits before this consent.

We also keep anonymous, grouped operational counts of request errors, missing pages, form failures, and rate limits to maintain the site. These are separate from optional visitor analytics and contain no visitor identifiers or submitted details.

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may use cookies to measure visits and personalize advertising. Your choice is remembered for six months; you can change it here at any time. Contact forms work either way.
