Controls & your information

Understand the record.
Ask the right questions.

A practical look at controls documented in ThreadKore’s supplied product guides, and the information to review with the team before choosing your scope.

Documented product controls

Permissions, history, and review.

Permissions in the workflow

The Guided Start guide describes permission-based access to values, vendor changes, and finalization. Vendor Management documents restricted vendor records and permission-based access to open balances.

History behind decisions

Guided Start documents selection history with who made changes and when, along with detail history and approval records. These provide context for reviewing changes.

Exports for documented views

The PO list can export to Excel or CSV. Vendor pricing records can export to CSV for updates and reimport. These specific exports do not establish a full-database export service.

Discuss before you commit

Make data expectations part of the scope.

Ownership and portability

Review contractual data ownership, available export formats, history retention, and the process for retrieving your information. Agree what is included for your business.

Orbit and AI data handling

Orbit analyzes connected business information. Ask the team to document which records it accesses, model providers, retention, and any training or memory behavior for your configuration.

Review the applicable privacy, security, and service terms with ThreadKore before sharing sensitive business information.

Your privacy choices

May we measure visits, estimate your country, state/region and city, and use advertising cookies? Accept enables optional tracking and Google, Meta, and LinkedIn tags. Decline keeps it off.

What we collect

With your permission, we save page views, navigation and button clicks, scroll depth, successful request counts, and page-load and responsiveness measurements for future reports. These activity records never include form contents, names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses.

We also save a network-based country, state/region and city estimate provided by our hosting service. We never request GPS access or store coordinates, street addresses, or postal codes. Estimates may be inaccurate, especially with a VPN, and unavailable locations stay unknown.

New location records expire after 720 days and are excluded from current reports then. Records collected under an earlier 90-day choice keep that shorter expiration. Expired records are cleared as the site receives requests; no location history is backfilled from visits before this consent.

We also keep anonymous, grouped operational counts of request errors, missing pages, form failures, and rate limits to maintain the site. These are separate from optional visitor analytics and contain no visitor identifiers or submitted details.

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may use cookies to measure visits and personalize advertising. Your choice is remembered for six months; you can change it here at any time. Contact forms work either way.
