Behind the Build / Leadership

Make the meeting about the next decision.

A shared record lets teams spend more of the conversation understanding the business.

Agree on the starting point

Define where the job, budget, commitment, schedule, and financial record live. When departments keep independent trackers, the meeting often begins with reconciling versions rather than understanding what changed.

Review a small set of useful questions

What changed since the last review? Where are contribution, cash, delivery, or customer expectations at risk? Which issue needs a decision across teams? Use detail to investigate the exceptions that matter.

Close the loop

Leave with an owner and next action for each decision. Return to those actions at the next review. Over time, repeated issues should improve estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and training. A report earns its place when it helps someone act.

Bring these questions to your next review.

  • Do we agree on the underlying record?
  • What changed that requires a decision?
  • Did last week’s action resolve the issue?

Your privacy choices

May we measure visits, estimate your country, state/region and city, and use advertising cookies? Accept enables optional tracking and Google, Meta, and LinkedIn tags. Decline keeps it off.

What we collect

With your permission, we save page views, navigation and button clicks, scroll depth, successful request counts, and page-load and responsiveness measurements for future reports. These activity records never include form contents, names, email addresses, or raw IP addresses.

We also save a network-based country, state/region and city estimate provided by our hosting service. We never request GPS access or store coordinates, street addresses, or postal codes. Estimates may be inaccurate, especially with a VPN, and unavailable locations stay unknown.

New location records expire after 720 days and are excluded from current reports then. Records collected under an earlier 90-day choice keep that shorter expiration. Expired records are cleared as the site receives requests; no location history is backfilled from visits before this consent.

We also keep anonymous, grouped operational counts of request errors, missing pages, form failures, and rate limits to maintain the site. These are separate from optional visitor analytics and contain no visitor identifiers or submitted details.

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn may use cookies to measure visits and personalize advertising. Your choice is remembered for six months; you can change it here at any time. Contact forms work either way.
