The shared foundation

ThreadKore is a cloud-based operating system purpose-built for homebuilders. It connects land development, vertical construction, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, CRM and sales, plans and selections, contracts, native accounting, billing, trade collaboration, customer care, and business intelligence on a shared system of record.

One underlying database, one unified application environment and one login for the core platform; developed as an integrated homebuilding ERP

BuildingBlocks is native accounting within ThreadKore

Role-based permissions govern operational information, financial records and AI reporting; vendors use designated interfaces

Cloud-based, mobile-accessible workflows across office and field roles

Shared operational and financial information supports near-real-time visibility; actual timing varies by operation

Connected records reduce handoff delays and reconciliation work associated with separate databases and scheduled reporting exports

Who ThreadKore serves

Production, Semi-custom, Custom, Build for rent, Build on your lot

Owners and executives, Finance and accounting, Purchasing and estimating, Construction and field teams, Sales and design, Customer care, Connected trades and vendors

50 to 5,000 homes per year; evaluate fit by scope rather than treating this range as a technical limit

How the work connects

Land acquisition → development budgets → infrastructure costs → finished lots → home construction → closing → financial reporting.

Buyer selections and contracts inform purchasing commitments and construction scope. Approved invoices connect to native accounting and job costs; payments remain separate controlled transactions.

Orbit and Orbie

Business intelligence, reporting and analysis across authorized platform information

Conversational assistant for questions, navigation, reports and operational/predictive analysis

Separate planned BIM, architectural design and rendering product; distinct from current Orbit/Orbie and theHOMESapp Design Center

Pricing, implementation and control

No per-user or per-closing fees on the core platform

Optional AI features may be priced per user

Custom quote by selected products and rollout requirements

JobCloser is free for connected trades and vendors

Scope and price subscription, implementation, migration, training, and ongoing support explicitly; do not imply all services are free

Purchase commitment, invoice, approval, ledger posting, and payment are separate states

Buyer selections follow documented approval/finalization workflows

Permissions apply to business information and reporting

Import/export and data portability are supported; document retrieval and retention scope
